I, as participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this waiver in consideration of being allowed to participate in the Sunday Morning Social Run hosted by On Indonesia and Sumber Orbit Semesta Company.

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I am aware that participating in the Sunday Morning Social Run involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with running, jogging, or walking in a group setting, potential collisions, tripping hazards, adverse weather conditions, and other unforeseen dangers. I understand and acknowledge that such risks may result in injury, illness, or even death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event and confirm that I am physically capable of participating.
2. Health and Medical Condition:
   I hereby certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before participating if I have any concerns about my physical health or my ability to participate in this event.
3. Release and Waiver:
   In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Sunday Morning Social Run, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge On Indonesia, Sumber Orbit Semesta Company, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, and sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, or damages that may arise from my participation in this event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss. This release and waiver shall apply whether any injury, loss, or damage is caused by negligence, unintentional act, or omission of the event organizers, or otherwise.
4. Photography and Publicity:
   I grant full permission to On Indonesia and Sumber Orbit Semesta Company, as well as their authorized agents and affiliates, to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of this event for legitimate purposes, including advertising and promoting the event or similar future events, without any compensation to me.
5. Loss of Personal Belongings:
   I acknowledge and understand that On Indonesia and Sumber Orbit Semesta Company are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings during the Sunday Morning Social Run event. I am solely responsible for safeguarding my belongings and ensuring their security.
6. Code of Conduct:
   I agree to abide by all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers. I will conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner, refraining from engaging in any behavior that may endanger myself or others. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my removal from the event.
7. Minors:
   If I am signing this waiver on behalf of a minor participant, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor, and I hereby consent to the minor's participation in the event. I also agree to all the terms outlined in this waiver on behalf of the minor.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT I AM RELEASING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST ON INDONESIA AND SUMBER ORBIT SEMESTA COMPANY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SUNDAY MORNING SOCIAL RUN, I FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED HEREIN.
